"Mommy, when Buddy's done being a boy and he can growed up and be a girl people. He can have hair and this mouth."

"He can have your mouth?"

"No silly Mommy. My mouth is attached to me."

"And he can be a girl and have hair- after he's done being a boy. And he can paint his toes pink. And his tongue. Haha."

"He's going to paint his tongue?"

"Haha, no! His tongue is already pink!"
